Ultra high strength, continuous threading

The hollow fiber membrane is a reinforced structure with a lining, and the membrane material is PVDF alloy membrane, which effectively solves the problem of ordinary hollow fiber membranes breaking during use, and is known as an unbreakable ultrafiltration membrane.

High bonding strength, non peeling

The special membrane material developed by our company has good compatibility with the support tube, ensuring a tight connection between the film and the support tube. The instantaneous peel strength can reach over 700kPa, and it can withstand frequent backwash operation without peeling of the hollow fiber membrane. The system operates stably.

The membrane pore size is small and evenly distributed, resulting in high-quality water production

The MBR membrane module adopts PVDF ultrafiltration membrane, with an average pore size less than 0.1 micrometers and uniform pore size distribution, which can effectively remove suspended solids, bacteria, colloids, viruses and other pollutants, and the effluent water quality is excellent

The membrane has good hydrophilicity and anti pollution performance

The hydrophilic modification production process makes the hollow fiber membrane permanently hydrophilic, greatly improving the membrane's pollution resistance, reducing cleaning frequency, and extending the membrane's service life. Modular design for easier installation
