Product Description

A fully automatic water softener is an ion exchange water softener that is fully controlled during operation and regeneration. It uses sodium type cation exchange resin to remove calcium and magnesium ions from the water, reduce the hardness of the raw water, and achieve the goal of softening hard water, thereby avoiding carbonate scaling in pipelines, containers, and boilers. Greatly saving investment costs while ensuring smooth production.
When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer in the exchanger, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are replaced by the sodium ions adsorbed by the resin. The resin adsorbs the calcium and magnesium ions, while the sodium ions enter the water. In this way, the water flowing out of the exchanger is softened water with hardness removed.

Quartz sand filter

Interception of larger particle impurities, effective removal of suspended organic matter, colloids, sediment in water, and reduction of water turbidity, mainly used for water quality with high sediment content. 

Activated carbon filter

Mainly used for adsorbing unusual colors and odors, reducing water turbidity, chromaticity, odors, residual chlorine, pesticide residues, etc., it can effectively improve the degree of water purification.

 

 

Resin softener
 

It can effectively reduce hardness, solve scale, adopt the principle of ion exchange, and use sodium ions to replace calcium and magnesium ions that are easy to generate scale, thereby achieving the effect of softening water quality.
